Updated September 25, 2026. Public visitors can explore sports and use a temporary preparation checklist. The checklist is not submitted or stored by EDSN and resets when you leave. The optional intro plays only when you choose it. Hosting services may process technical access and security logs. Applications, payments and private workspaces are not open to visitors.
EDSN may collect account, contact, academic, athletic, film, measurement, consent, transaction, and support information that a user chooses to provide. We also maintain security, access, and audit records needed to operate the private beta.
Information is used to operate EDSN, review authorized applications, provide requested services, protect users, improve the platform, communicate with participants, and comply with legal obligations. EDSN does not sell athlete profiles as advertising data.
During prelaunch, private operating information is available only to the EDSN owner. Any future athlete or guardian access, or distribution to a coach, institution, sponsor, or partner, requires separate verification, permission, and access controls before activation.
No public athlete enrollment is active. Before any future participation by a minor, a parent or legal guardian must authorize participation and EDSN must verify the required authority. A minor's private record must never become public by default.
EDSN uses role-based access, authentication, evidence records, and audit logs. Information is retained only as needed for the service, safety, legal obligations, and legitimate records, then deleted or de-identified according to applicable requirements.
A participant may request access, correction, withdrawal of optional permissions, or deletion where applicable. Some records may be retained when required for contracts, payments, fraud prevention, safeguarding, or law.
Private EDSN workspaces remain owner-only. Athlete applications, paid audits, film submission, protected opportunity records, and international services are not open. No visitor should submit athlete information unless EDSN later opens the applicable service under approved access controls and published terms.
Any future country activation requires review of privacy, minor-consent, safeguarding, contracts, payments, tax, and sport-specific obligations before access is offered in that jurisdiction.
